How It All Began
In 2007, GovSolutions stepped into the Design/Build world on a design team for a $50+ million construction contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs H.J. Heinz Facility, VA Cares in Pittsburgh, PA. GovSolutions, Inc. was the Prime Contractor/GC for two construction projects: a Design/Build for building construction in Virginia Beach, VA, and the Department of Veterans Affairs Emergency Department renovations in Hampton, VA.
In 2013, GovSolutions, Inc. entered a Mentor/Protégé relationship with W. M. Jordan Company under the SBA's formal program. WMJ, a company recognized among the top contractors in the United States and headquartered near our office, has helped kickstart GovSolutions' growth in the sector. This relationship that was born out of an honest and open agreement between our firms has inspired us to exceed the expectations of today's clientele.
